Okz so most of this will be obvious to you but to me (who's never been for teh use of killboards and thus dont know much about them)
But I happened to come accross EvE-kb.com and ran a sreach on my name only to find to my utter surprise a stats page on me despite teh fact I've never posted a single mail on teh site.
I cant stop others from posting loss mails but how can whoever runs this site plaster my name and stats all over teh interweb without ever asking my permisson? if you post a mail you're agreeing to some terms but as it is my char is all over a site I dont want it to be.
Or is this a case of me having absolutely no say because technically its CCP's character and they've got permisson from them? >.>
Cause in that cause I blame CCP, how can they just hand out char info/rights/whatever to whoever asks for it? dont we have any say what can be done with them outside of teh game?

Why would I blame CCP for me dying it was never about dying, I never mentioned that! loss aswell as kill mails can be posted by other people, you missed teh point entirely, wtf are you talkin about?
I was referring to teh fact people who dont WANT to use killboards still suffer teh same penaltys of everyone else, and killboards were never an intended game feature. If CCP WANT people to use them they could at least implement it in game and moderate it, rather than having the EvE community in charge of it, I've seen enough BS in this thread to lose all my faith in this commuinty
Just look at the responses, not even one was on topic just mindless insults from people who probably never finished reading teh topic and wanted to take a guess at what I was sayin.
And teh funniest of all people posts whines saying IM whining and to "deal with it" lol thats a laugh like people who post worthless flames are doing anything construtive

I know but killboards just to to be gettin out of hand, as it is now if anyone makes a kill or loses a ship its all over teh web within a few minutes, as an out of game tool its gettin to teh stage it has pretty big in game consequences weather people admit it or not.
I dont see why google should be a pod pilots best intel tool

I meant that I had never bothered to check how readily available KB stats were on people who dont even use them, so why teh sarcastic pointless response? hardly a whine on my part to deny having much knowledge, so seriously wtf are you TRYING to say?

Blame who you like, like I said originally, KB's are a much used and liked community feature. I too have never posted my losses on any KB, but they are there. Get over yourself, oh and learn to spell.

Now if you google your name you will see that you show up on a lot of killboards.
You seem to like T1 fitted T1 ships a lot btw even though you have started to use T2 guns recently 
I know that was my point in teh first place :P
And no, I dont mind losing t1 ships :P and I've been using t2 for a good while nice to see info taken from KB's is misleading but still, free intel from an external source that can impact teh game in any way still dosent make much sense.
Clearly my only option is to post so many fake ones any real intel is buried under teh carp
